Lexington, SC, January 5, 2010 – On January 1, 2010, Decision Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) began providing Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) services for lienholders processing titles in Louisiana. The state of Louisiana recently passed legislation requiring that all lienholders begin participating in Louisiana’s ELT program, as of January 1, 2010. Lienholders can now participate in the ELT program by selecting a Public Tag Agent and an authorized ELT service provider. DDI has chosen Casey & Casey AutoTitle Express as the Public Tag Agent for all lienholders they serve for processing Louisiana titles.

The ELT program will be an efficient, simple and secure process for lenders.

Electronic titling systems provide the capability for lienholders to exchange lien and title information electronically, typically via the Internet, with motor vehicle agencies. Lienholders receive titles electronically and are able to release liens electronically. Motor vehicle agencies benefit by providing more timely data exchange, improving data accuracy, and reducing and controlling the use of secure forms. Electronic titling benefits lienholders by reducing mailing costs, physical storage requirements and deterring the inherent fraud associated with duplicate titles and paper title releases. “The ELT program will be an efficient, simple and secure process for lenders,” said Casey & Casey President Dan Casey. “Casey & Casey, along with the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles, are ready. We look forward to working with a cutting edge company, DDI, and their Lenders.”

Decision Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) provides the Premier eTitleLien® Internet-based program that enables lienholders to participate in the Louisiana ELT program. “The Premier eTitleLien® software provides a variety of features that streamlines the titling process for lenders, providing additional cost savings and reducing fraud,” said Glenn Thames, President of DDI. DDI is a software technology company that provides services to enable lienholders to participate in state ELT programs.
