Decision Dynamics, Inc. Becomes the First Approved Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) Service Provider in Wisconsin
The Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) approved Decision Dynamics as an Electronic Service Provider for the new Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) program going into effect July 30, 2012. Decision Dynamics is proud to announce the availability of ELT services for Wisconsin lenders through its Premier eTitleLien product.
Lexington, SC, July 27, 2012 – The Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) approved Decision Dynamics, Inc. as an Electronic Service Provider for the new Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) program going into effect July 30, 2012. One of two major new initiatives for the Wisconsin DMV, the ELT program is expected to speed title delivery and improve efficiency for lenders and the DMV.
To participate in Wisconsin’s ELT program with Decision Dynamics, lienholders use the Premier eTitleLien product. Premier eTitleLien® is a secure, web-based application which allows lienholders to participate in a state’s ELT program and remain in complete control of their title portfolio. Lienholders may manage their vehicle titles electronically and receive an electronic ownership record in lieu of a paper title. With Premier eTitleLien®, companies have access to their electronic titles and the tools needed to streamline the titling process.
“DDI is pleased to extend our support for ELT programs to Wisconsin and look forward to assisting lenders with the improvements now offered by the Wisconsin DMV,” said Decision Dynamics, Inc. president Glenn Thames. “While DDI has been working with lenders in Wisconsin since 2010, the ELT program will improve the process of tracking liens for DDI’s customers.”
In addition to launching the first phase of their ELT program on July 30, Wisconsin will switch from mailing all titles to the vehicle owner to delivering titles with liens to the lender. Lenders who join the Electronic Lien and Title program will receive the titles electronically.
Additional information on Wisconsin ELT and the changes taking place on July 30 are available on the Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles website at http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/drivers/vehicles/title/lienholder/lenders.htm.
“One of the most impressive recommendations DDI recently received was from a credit union in California,” said Mr. Thames. “In response to a referral request, they shared: ‘We have been using Decision Dynamics, Inc. since Fall 2010, and they are WONDERFUL! They have been very helpful in the set-up phase, their software/documentation is easy to follow, they offer training webinars, and their ongoing support is proactive.’ This is the commitment DDI makes in serving all our customers. DDI looks forward to providing full ELT services for lenders in Wisconsin.”
