Lexington, SC, July 2, 2013 – Decision Dynamics, Inc., an electronic lien and title software technology company, is pleased to announce it has surpassed the 2,500-customer mark. Today, more than 2,500 lenders now take advantage of its Premier eTitleLien® electronic lien and title technology.

With the new office space, additional security, and continued growth, DDI remains true to its promise to provide the highest quality service to its valued customers.

The company’s rapid growth comes at a time when electronic lien and title services (ELT) use is making strides. Not only are states making ELT use mandatory from coast to coast, but lenders are also discovering that Premier eTitleLien® saves them time, money, and reduces the risk of fraud.

As Decision Dynamics continues to experience robust growth, the company moved from its 4723 Sunset Boulevard, Lexington, S.C location into a new, state-of-the-art facility located at 1324 North Lake Drive, also in Lexington, S.C.

The new location offers 5,320 square-feet of office and storage space. Located on approximately three acres, the freshly renovated building includes a high-tech fire suppression system, fireproof vaults to secure paper titles, and collaborative working and brainstorming spaces for the DDI Title Center. The secure space will ensure the highest level of safety for paper and electronic documents for the growing number of center clients. In addition to the specialized Title Center, DDI is also pleased to announce that its support team will have more than double its current working space in order to maintain customer service communication efficiencies and responses, and allow for expansion.

DDI places a high value on security and confidentiality. As a result, all sensitive data will remain secure during the relocation process. Only DDI-trained staff will handle computer transfers and secure documents so clients can remain assured of their data’s security.
