WE VALUE YOUR INPUT

Commitment to customer service continues to be our #1 priority. Over 1000 customers in 47 States are now titling the Premier way, and DDI is committed to making your ELT experience the best it can be. Please feel free to contact any member of the DDI team with thoughts, suggestions, or feedback that would make your experience more positive. Or consider joining one of our User Groups. Ask me how!

We are proud to call you one of our customers, and hope that you will enjoy the latest installment of ELT NEWS, and will celebrate with us all of the exciting things happening with ELT and DDI in 2011.
Happy Titling!

NEW FEATURES

New title applications have been added to support these new states: HI, ID, MA, MT and NY.

A new Title Image tab has been added to the Title Display screen. This is useful if you are using the system to track paper titles. Just scan an image of a title and add it to your system through Notes – Attach a document and check “This is a title image file”.

It’s now easier to contact the Helpdesk on all title display screens. Just click on the “Contact Helpdesk” tab.

New Report! A Title Data Export report has been added to make it easier to transfer title data to a spreadsheet.

The Nebraska Title Check has been added to the Vin Research/New Lien screen.

A new “Transfer to Lienholder” option has been added for California lien releases.

Need to do transactions in bulk? Contact us on how to enable an option to allow you to release more than one title at a time.

Want to see only late confirmations? A new option allows you to set up your Dashboard so that you can choose if you’d like to see late submitted items or late confirmations only, or both!

SPOTLIGHT ON … JOSEPH LUCE!

He’s answered your emails and spoken with you on the phone … Now meet Joseph Luce!

Hometown:  I live in Swansea, SC

Years with DDI:  I’m one of the newest employees. I started work with DDI a little less than one year ago.

Tell us about your job:  The main part of my job is customer support – helping people to use Premier eTitleLien™. You’ll usually find me helping new customers with logging into the system for the first time, answering questions about titling paperwork, as well as helping users with any issues that arrive while adding a lien to a vehicle. I’m also a developer, so you’ll also find me writing code for Premier eTitleLien™. DDI’s development team works closely with our support team, and this helps us stay in touch with customer’s needs.

Favorite part of your job:  One of my favorite things about computer software support is the opportunity to solve problems for customers.

Favorite place you’ve traveled:  We could talk about traveling for hours. It’s hard to pick just one place to call a “favorite” since each place has features that set it apart from the others. If I had to pick just one place, I’d pick The Temple of Heaven, in Beijing, People’s Republic of China… or maybe Chiang Mai, Thailand … or … .

An accomplishment you’re proud of:  Traveling comes to mind, again, when I think of things I’m proud that I have had the opportunity to accomplish. Traveling outside the US has opened my eyes to whole new world.

If you could travel anywhere on earth where would it be?  I missed seeing Machu Picchu when I was in Peru. It was out of the way for the trip we had planned. I’d like to go back, but I’ll probably need to do some high altitude endurance training before I go.

Again, thank you for allowing DDI the opportunity to provide your ELT services. We look forward to a successful 2011. Please contact me with any questions, thoughts, or comments that you feel would make your ELT experience even better!
