About Decision Dynamics, Inc.

Decision Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) is a software and systems firm that was founded in 1998 with the goal of delivering superior products and services.

DDI is owned and operated by a group of experienced software engineers and business analysts whose knowledge and experience span the spectrum of the information technology (IT) industry.

Committed to excellence, DDI continues to focus on superior products and professional services in the areas of financial, healthcare, and government services. These include Healthcare/Disease Management, Environmental Permitting and Licensing, and Electronic Liens and Titles. We desire to foster partnerships with progressive and innovative businesses including federal, state and local governments as we supply new technologies to enable our partners to provide superior service to their customers while saving time and money.

Premier eTitleLien™ was designed and developed in a joint venture with the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles in order to streamline their state government processes with electronic services. This enabled SC to put into action an Electronic Liens and Titles (ELT) program for managing titles for vehicles with liens. DDI is dedicated to working with each state titling agency that desires to transform their lien and title process. Banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions no longer need to file, store, and retrieve paper titles.

DDI is committed to raising the level of expertise for financial organizations such as banks, credit unions, and other lenders. Other DDI Products include the Disease Management Coordination Network (DMCN).
