Premier eTitleLien™ was designed and developed in a joint venture with the South Carolina
Department of Motor Vehicles in order to streamline their state government processes with
electronic services. This enabled SC to put into action an Electronic Liens and Titles (ELT)
program for managing titles for vehicles with liens. DDI is dedicated to working with each
state titling agency that desires to transform their lien and title process. Banks, credit
unions, and other lending institutions no longer need to file, store, and retrieve paper titles.
DDI is committed to raising the level of expertise for financial organizations such as banks,
credit unions, and other lenders. Other DDI Products include the Disease Management Coordination
Network (DMCN).
