The Arizona State Legislature passed Senate Bill 1293 which became effective May 31, 2010 requiring liens to be released electronically with the exception of Mobile Homes.   • DDI will provide you with the email address for the contact at the Idaho Transportation Department (IDT). Your email to Idaho will need to include the following:

    Proposed start date
  • IDT will send you an Agreement to sign and return.

On April 22, 2009, the Nebraska State Legislature passed LB 202 requiring Nebraska implement an ELT program by January 1, 2011, and furthermore states that an electronic certificate of title record shall be evidence of an owner’s right, title, claim, or interest in a motorboat or vehicle. Ohio and Wisconsin support the electronic recording of liens without paper titles or paper application forms.
